Located just 30 meters from a sandy beach, this maisonette-style villa offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the vibrant heart of Gouves. Cafes, restaurants, shops, and family attractions like the CretAquarium and Dinosaur Park are all within walking distance — perfect for couples and families.



Inside, the villa is spread over 170m²:



1st Floor: A spacious living room with a fireplace and plasma TV, a fully equipped kitchen, WC, washing machine, ironing room, and private parking.



2nd Floor: Two bright bedrooms with balconies and one full bathroom with a bathtub.



3rd Floor: A sea-view master bedroom with its own terrace and a private WC with shower.



Outdoors, enjoy a beautifully maintained lawn ideal for kids, a seating area to catch the sea breeze, and direct beachfront access—perfect for a morning dip or sunset walk.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the full three-floor villa, private lawn, sea-view terraces, and direct beach access. Free private parking included.

Getting Around:

Everything is within walking distance, but a rental car is recommended for exploring more of Crete. Transfers from Heraklion Airport (18km) or Port (20km) are available upon request.
