This beautiful historic building is located in the very center of Karlovy Vary and reflects the charm of the city’s spa architecture. The apartment has been completely renovated and carefully restored in its original style, preserving its historic atmosphere and elegance. The interior is thoughtfully designed, combining modern comfort with traditional details. Fully equipped with everything you may need, the apartment offers a cozy and convenient stay that feels just like home.

Please note that the building is not equipped with an elevator, and the apartment is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs. Guests will have private access to the apartment itself, while the entrance hallway, which has been preserved in its original historical condition, is shared. The hallway reflects the authentic character of the building, giving you a glimpse into its past before entering the fully renovated and stylishly furnished apartment prepared for your stay.

This is a residential apartment, and we ask all guests to respect the quiet and keep the building tidy. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment or common areas. Please note that any violation of these rules may result in a fine of up to €500. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone in the house.

When staying in short-term accommodations in Czechia, guests are required to pay a city tax of 50 Kč per person per night. This tax applies to all guests over the age of 18 and is governed by Act No. 565/1990 Sb., on Local Fees.
