Buildings of 2 or 3 floors, set in a flowered garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, are built around 2 swimming pools (June/September depending on weather conditions). Available: Wi-Fi at the reception, outdoor private parking (unattended), table tennis, bocce court, and bar-restaurant (externally managed).

ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT/4 (32 m²): living room with double sofa bed or double bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, balcony or terrace, microwave, electric coffee maker, TV, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower.

Check-in: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Mandatory communication to the residence if arrival is after 7:00 pm. Check-out: by 10:00 am.

Reception hours: daily from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

FREE SERVICES: energy consumption, customer’s own cot (0/2 years), to be specified at booking, outdoor unattended parking, tourist tax (0/14 years), Wi-Fi available only in the reception area.

Final cleaning: to be paid together with the booking, before arrival: EU 60 (kitchenette always to be cleaned by the client).
