Bright and comfortable one-bedroom apartment for up to four guests, featuring a welcoming living area with an equipped open-plan kitchen and a double sofa bed, a cozy double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It comes with A/C, partial Wi-Fi, dishwasher and a balcony or patio furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Guests can enjoy a large shared swimming pool, a barbecue area, a shared laundry zone and a playground for children. The nearest beach is only 150mt away, bordered by a lush pine forest.°Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid April/October): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
