This 4-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–8) offers spacious, contemporary living across three levels. The ground floor features an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area with access to the terrace. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, and both Espresso and filter coffee machines, while the living area has a Smart TV. Two double bedrooms (160cm beds) each have Smart TVs, en-suite shower rooms with WC, and doors to the terrace. A further shower room with WC completes this level.

The lower ground floor, accessed via an external staircase, includes a sauna room, a home cinema with Smart TV, a twin bedroom (convertible to a double) with Smart TV, and a shower room with WC.

Upstairs, an open staircase leads to a sloping-ceiling double bedroom (160cm bed) with Smart TV, an en-suite shower room with WC, and a private balcony.
