The accommodation features two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a mix of single beds and a single loft bed, ensuring restful nights. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless, and a well-appointed bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet is located on the main floor. The outdoor experience is enhanced by the ground-floor amenities, which include a gazebo, a sun lounger area, a barbecue, and a lovely 50 square meter lawn. For convenience, there is also an external bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for rinsing off after a day out.

Parking is simple with one designated space available for your use. The two apartments on the property share only the courtyard area leading up to the parking spots.
