The entrance leads to a bright kitchenette equipped with furniture, fridge, essential crockery, and a large window overlooking the outside patio. The bedroom, separated from the kitchen by a semi-open wall, accommodates a maximum of 2 people and can be furnished with either 2 single beds or a double bed. The bathroom is private, intimate, and cosy, with a shower. The accommodation includes a TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, there is a green space in the front patio furnished with a table and deck chairs, reserved for the occupants.

Bedding and towels, cleaning, and daily tidying are not included for this accommodation; however, these services can be requested at the time of booking. A cleaning kit is provided. A contribution towards electricity and gas consumption is required, calculated by meter readings at the start and end of the stay, and a fixed contribution per apartment is charged for the final cleaning and the tourist tax.
