You enter the house through a welcoming hallway that offers glimpses into the living area. The spacious living and dining room with its integrated, fully equipped kitchen is a place for socializing – cooking and baking here are pure leisure activities. A wood-burning stove with a cozy seating area and access to the terraces and the generous garden make this room the heart of the home. A small storage room and a shower room with toilet, washing machine, and dryer cater to all your holiday needs. The hallway also features a wardrobe with a safe and shoe rack. From here, a staircase leads to the upper floor. This floor is dedicated to your peace and relaxation: Two bedrooms offer individual retreats, one with a double bed and access to the balcony, and the other with two single beds. A further shower room with toilet and sauna (with light therapy through changing light colors) provides a small wellness area. An open staircase leads to the attic, where a small desk with a wired internet connection allows for secure working. A light-flooded living room library with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV offers seclusion and, on some winter days, a view of the Hallig Langeneß.
