The scenic areas of Högklint, Tofta Beach, and Kneippbyn are also within easy reach, offering additional dining options and recreational activities. The nearest grocery store, ICA, is only a 5-minute walk away.

Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions.

5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund.

8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund.
