Nando`s Bellavista House is a vacation apartment in Porto Cesareo, in a residential area not far from the beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo.
The house is developed on the second floor and is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, washing machine, microwave etc.

this courtyard, a flight of stairs leads to the second floor where a
long balcony with a shade awning serves as the entrance to the
apartment.
The living area is a large colorful living room,
equipped with ceiling fans and TV, combined with the spacious
air-conditioned dining room. Next to it is the eat-in kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds. Completing the house is 1 shower room.
Also at the back is a balcony with a sink.

Nando`s Bellavista House is located in Porto Cesareo in a residential area, between the beaches of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo, in the locality Scala di Furno where there are the most famous beaches of the Ionian coast, such as Le Dune and Tabù.
The sea is only 500 meters away, while the center of Porto Cesareo with all the main services is about 2 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
