Villa Lina is a lovely detached vacation cottage, simple and cozy, ideal for family vacations just 400 meters from the sea of Marina di Leporano, along the Ionian arch of Taranto.
The cottage is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, crib, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, etc.
The garden is equipped with an outdoor shower and barbecue. Villa Lina offers up to 6 beds. Pets are allowed.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 2 doubles and 1 twin with single beds. Completing the house are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower.

characterized by low, accessible cliffs and small sandy coves.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 70 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
