Villa Amelia is a vacation cottage with large outdoor spaces, located in the countryside of Porto Cesareo, a few hundred meters from the most beautiful beaches of Salento.
The villetta is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, mosquito nets and TV. The villetta offers up to 10 beds. Pets are allowed.

Amelia is a fenced villa with dry stone walls, accessible by a gate
that allows you to park your car inside the large garden. Here there are
relaxing and equipped areas for outdoor dining and preparing excellent
barbecue.
A spacious veranda introduces into the house. The living
area is furnished with a sofa, gas stove, and dining room. Beyond a
hallway is the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms , one quadruple and one triple, and 1 shower room.
From the living room there is also access to the third bedroom, 1 triple with en suite shower room.

Amelia is located in Porto Cesareo in the countryside, as the crow
flies a few hundred meters from the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian
coast of Torre Chianca and Scala di Furno.
The center of Porto
Cesareo can be reached by car in 5 minutes. There are all the main
services, as well as a lively evening and nightlife
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 68 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
