Balconcino Vista Mare apartment is located on the third floor of a very
central apartment building accessed by elevator or stairs. The landing
is shared with another apartment.
The interior is very bright. In the air-conditioned living room there are 2 single beds,
table and chairs and a large window to access the balcony with
beautiful views of the harbor and the sea of San Foca. The balcony is
furnished with table and chairs. There is also a washing machine in the
well-equipped kitchenette.
The corridor serves as a hallway between the living room and the sleeping area, which consists of 1 double and 1 single bedroom and 1 full shower room.
The master bedroom has a second balcony overlooking the sea.

Balconcino Vista Mare is a vacation home in a very central area inSan Foca, marina of Melendugno.
Just below the house there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars,
tobacconists, the pedestrian course of the village, the promenade and
the beautiful beaches of the area.
All the main services and the beautiful sea of San Foca are in the immediate vicinity. From here you can also reach all
the most famous seaside resorts on the Adriatic side of Salento,
including the other marinas of Melendugno: Torre dell`Orso, Roca Vecchia
and Sant`Andrea.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 42 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
