Upon entering through the entrance hall, you will find a spacious living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV, with direct access to both the balcony and terrace that face south and east. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and fondue set for cheese. A separate WC is conveniently located on this level. The lower ground floor accommodates four bedrooms, including one small room with a bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, one room with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, one room with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm with exit to the east-facing garden, and one room with a French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm that includes a private shower and WC with garden access. An additional bath and WC serve the lower ground floor.
