Quiet hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No parties or gatherings (including stag, hen, or similar events). Loud noise, shouting, or any disturbance to other residents will not be tolerated. If a valid reason for a noise complaint cannot be provided, you may be asked to leave the property immediately.
Visitors: All visitors must leave the apartment by 10:00 PM.
Non-smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking unit.
Electricity: A standard electricity allowance is provided. Please use power responsibly — excessive usage will be for your own account.
No pets permitted.
Laundry: Kindly avoid hanging laundry on the balcony.
