You’ll have private access to the entire studio. The indoor pool is shared within the building (in-house facility) and available to guests according to house rules and opening times.

The studio is located in a peaceful residential area in Brissago, close to Lake Maggiore. You’ll be within easy reach of the lakeside promenade, cafés, restaurants, and small local shops — ideal for slow mornings, evening strolls, and enjoying the relaxed Ticino atmosphere.

Parking options depend on your setup (private or public nearby), and we’ll share the best arrival tips before check-in.
