The studio apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a living area with a double sofa bed, a sleeping nook with a double bed separated from the living area by a curtain or a convenient folding door, a kitchenette with a gas stove, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. The apartment also has a balcony and air conditioning. The building is located just about 50 mt from the beach, in the eastern area of Jesolo Lido, within walking distance of Piazza Torino. It features an elevator and an outdoor swimming pool (closed during the afternoon break).
