From here, you have direct access to a large wooden terrace, partly covered, where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening – ideal for both outdoor meals and relaxing in the lounge furniture. Accommodating up to 8 people, the house offers four spacious bedrooms: two with double beds, one with twin beds, and one with a bunk bed. In addition, there is a loft with two extra sleeping places – a favorite spot for the kids. All rooms have plenty of closet space, and a baby cot and high chair are also available. For entertainment, there’s a game console and board games, while outside, a large natural plot of 1,430 m² awaits, complete with play equipment for the little ones. The house has two bathrooms with showers, one of which includes a spa bath and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Heating is provided by electricity and an air-to-water heat pump, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate all year round. A gas grill and sun loungers are also available for those warm evenings.
