Villa Mileni is a brand-new 130 m² villa with a private pool and sauna, located in the peaceful village of Farini, near Višnjan. This small village is easy to reach from the Istrian highway and just a short drive from Poreč and the Istrian coast. From the garden and bedrooms, you can even enjoy a beautiful distant sea view. The villa is modern and comfortable, making it ideal for families or friends seeking a stylish base to explore the beaches, hilltop villages, and vineyards of Istria.



The Space:

This modern villa combines sleek lines with inviting details, such as charming green shutters on the exterior. Contemporary design meets a warm, homely atmosphere. Guests can enjoy three comfortable bedrooms with king-size beds, each featuring its own private bathroom and an additional double sofa bed. The extra sofa beds make it easy for families to stay together in the same room.



The open-plan living and dining area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge space. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer and an extra sink, plus a guest toilet. Step through the large glass doors onto the spacious terrace and garden, where you’ll find a private pool, barbecue, comfortable sun loungers, and umbrellas for ultimate relaxation. An outdoor sink with a faucet is conveniently placed for preparing meals or drinks—and, of course (welcome to Istria!), there’s an olive tree in the garden. For your convenience, there’s a secure, covered carport next to the villa with space for two cars.

Villa Mileni is located in the friendly yet tranquil village of Farini, away from traffic noise. It’s part of a small, exclusive group of four modern villas surrounded by lush Istrian countryside, olive groves, and vineyards. From the garden and bedrooms, you can even catch a glimpse of the sea. This is the perfect spot to unwind while remaining close to local konobas (traditional restaurants), the charming town of Višnjan, and coastal destinations such as Poreč, just 15 minutes away. The villa offers comfortable accommodation with modern amenities, and the area around Farini is great for activities such as cycling, hiking, and visiting local wineries. Farini is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful holiday in nature while staying close to Istria’s most beautiful attractions.



Getting Around:

Villa Mileni is located in the peaceful village of Farini near Višnjan, in the green inland of Istria. A small local grocery store is just a short drive away in a nearby village, while larger supermarkets towards Poreč are reachable in about 15–20 minutes. Coastal towns like Poreč with beaches, marina, and restaurants are approximately 20 minutes by car. Pula Airport is around 60 km away, taking about 50–60 minutes to drive. The area is perfect for road trips; the villa offers free private parking and easy access to the Istrian motorway for excursions to Rovinj or Pula.



Other Things to Note:

Bedlinen, towels, towels for the pool and final cleaning are included. Pool heating is optional (april - october) and costs € 10 per day. The villa includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious outdoor dining area. A car is recommended to explore nearby beaches, wineries, and Istria's charming coastal towns.
