Nice apartment

Very comfortable apartment. The owner met us to check in and gave some great local recommendations for grocery, restaurants etc. we did notice that the floors were a bit dirty but I think this is due to open windows in a dusty city. Location was convenient to many great parts of the city. Renters should be aware that there is a bit of a climb to 2nd level (3rd floor in US terms). It was a haul with luggage but not a problem for us. Would recommend this for Lisbon destinations.

Work trip in Lisbon

Property was light and airy with lots of windows on the kitchen and living room areas. Very clean. The property is on a street with other apartments. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper because the normal neighborhood noises are not absorbed by grass and trees and passing busses and other traffic can be loud. Over all a beautiful property with walking to small grocery and a small square with shops and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay!

My friend and I stayed at this property for a few days. The apartment is near several restaurants, markets and public transportation which we used every day. Marta was amazing in communicating with us and meeting us for checking in. I definitely recommend!

Lovely, comfortable apartment!

Appartamento bello e in buona posizione, descritto molto generosamente dall'agenzia che lo gestisce come climatizzato quando in realtà è dotato solo di un clatizzatorenportatile in corridoio: prima notte infernale per il caldo. Contattata anche da homeaway agenzia che non ha proposto né soluzioni al problema dato dalle false aspettative data dalla loro descrizione né ha sentito il dovere di scusarsi, anzi comportamento di fatto maleducato e scostante. "Lisbonne collection" fortemente sconsigliata. Grazie allo staff di homeaway per il concreto e professionale aiuto dato alla mia famiglia.

Appartamento molto carino e pulito, ottima zona, servizio professionale

Ho passato 8 giorni in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia e l'esperienza è stata molto positiva, fin dal momento della prenotazione e dei primi contatti con Karine di Lisbonne Collection - molto gentile e rapida nelle risposte. Al momento della consegna Daniel è stato prodigo di spiegazioni e di consigli ed anche questo ha la sua importanza quando arrivi in un posto che non conosci. L'appartamento è molto carino, ben ristrutturato ed equipaggiato, comodissimo per 4 persone (noi eravamo appunto in 4) e probabilmente adeguato anche per 6. L'abbiamo trovato pulitissimo, con una buona dotazione di biancheria da bagno e con tutto perfettamente funzionante. La zona è ottima, il quartiere di Graca è tipico ma meno caotico dell'Alfama - direi la scelta ideale se si vuole "vivere" Lisbona ma senza esagerare... Se avete un'auto di solito si trova da parcheggiare gratuitamente sotto casa o a qualche decina di metri di distanza, altrimenti proprio nella strada passa un autobus e comunque si arriva facilmente a piedi in molti dei luoghi più importanti della città. Ci sono molti piccoli minimarket per fare qualche acquisto, aperti anche la domenica (almeno ad agosto), ed anche dei bar per fare colazione (o comprare cornetti e caffè da portare in casa come facevamo noi). In definitiva, un'ottima sistemazione sotto tutti i punti di vista, gestita molto bene ed altamente consigliata.

Appartement très lumineux, bien équipé, agréable à vivre, avec son joli balcon offrant une jolie vue sur le Tage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, avons apprécié le climatiseur et remercions Lisbonne Collection pour leur accueil et services.

Bel appartement, bien équipé,bien décoré, fonctionnel mais un peu bruyant

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour à Lisbonne, cet appartement est plutôt bien situé dans un quartier populaire. L'accès au centre se fait en une quinzaine de minutes grâce à une ligne de bus qui passe au pied de l'immeuble. C'est indispensable vu l'aspect vallonné de la ville. À pied, on peut descendre en ville en 30 minutes max. On peut accéder à moindres efforts au château S. Jorge et au quartier Graça ainsi qu'à un des très beaux points de vue sur la ville. L'appartement est très bien équipé, rien ne manque. Il est très agréable à vivre. En cas de grosse chaleur cependant, la climatisation mobile ne suffit plus. Et comme la rue est passante (ligne de bus), il est difficile de dormir fenêtres ouvertes, les bus passent très régulièrement, toutes les dix minutes en journée, toutes les heures la nuit. Mieux vaut donc des températures extérieures moyennes pour bien dormir. La "vue dégagée" annoncée ne correspond cependant pas à ce que nous avons constaté. Mais ce n'est pas ce que nous cherchions en priorité.
