Apartment is located on the second floor of an old stone house from 1928, initially built by the current owner's great-grandfather. It has now been renovated by people who appreciate the property's aesthetics and the surroundings' authenticity.

The property has three bedrooms, king-size beds, a Playstation room with a 42-inch LED/LCD TV, two bathrooms, and a toilet. There is also a working corner. The living room features a large sofa, an armchair, and a 42-inch LED/LCD TV. The Italian-style kitchen is fully equipped with access to the outdoor dining area.

You can reach the island of Čiovo by two bridges. Čiovo Island offers the best summer activities on its beautiful beaches and waters. Some of the shores are full of cafés, restaurants, and water sports and diving equipment. Occasionally, some beaches are almost deserted, providing plenty of privacy. On the two small nearby islands of Drvenik Veliki and Drvenik Mali, which are easily accessible by boat, you can enjoy quiet sandy beaches and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Dalmatian cuisine.
