The house is located in a LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE (ZTL), in the heart of the historic center.
For this reason, we provide the ZTL PASS, which allows you to access the area by car, conveniently unload your luggage right in front of the house or be dropped off at the entrance, without worries.

Before arrival, we will explain everything clearly and simply, so access to the house will be smooth and stress-free, even with suitcases or children.

🔑 Getting there is easy, even though you are right in the historic city center.
The accommodation is located on the FIRST FLOOR and can be reached either by stairs or by a FREIGHT ELEVATOR.

The main entrance door is shared with other residents, while the apartment is entirely and exclusively for you.

Check-in takes place in person with our staff, so we can explain everything calmly and let you start your stay right away in the best possible way.

All areas described in the listing are at your complete and exclusive disposal.

The house is located in PIAZZA DUOMO, a pedestrian area and ZTL: parking directly in front of the house is not possible, but convenient options are available.

Recommended parking areas just a few minutes’ walk away:

• Viale Eleonora d’Aragona – free, ~3 min
• Teatro Samonà / Viale delle Terme – free, ~7 min
• Piazza Mariano Rossi – paid, ~5 min
• Porta Palermo – paid, ~10 min

💡 In addition, we provide the ZTL PASS, so you can access by car to conveniently unload your luggage in front of the house or be dropped off at the entrance, without worries.

🔔 NOTE ON LOCATION AND RELIGIOUS EVENTS:
The apartment directly overlooks the beautiful Basilica of Madonna del Soccorso. This makes the experience unique, fully immersed in the authentic life of the historic center.

📌 The church bells ring periodically throughout the day, contributing to the typical atmosphere of the area.

📅 In particular, on February 2nd and August 15th, Sciacca celebrates the historic Procession of Madonna del Soccorso: a deeply meaningful event that brings the entire city to life.
On these days, the Piazza Duomo area will be fully involved in the celebrations, with restrictions on mobility and parking.

🚫 Important note: on these two dates, check-in will not be possible for logistical and safety reasons.

However, the view of the procession and the festive atmosphere will be spectacular and unforgettable for guests already staying in the apartment.

The house has 3 bedrooms. If you book for 2 and would like to use 2 bedrooms (or if you are 3 and would like to use all 3 bedrooms), please just let us know in advance so we can prepare them for your arrival.

📜 HOUSE RULES TO KNOW AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:


📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):
After booking, you will receive:
• the Tourist Rental Contract to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental contracts (Law 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).
• the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the police authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):
Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be complied with according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained at check-in.
🚫 Waste must never be left inside the house, for any reason.
🕗 Every evening, you must place the bins with the bags outside the gate, following the indicated calendar.


🚭 SMOKING:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including electronic cigarettes). Smoke detectors are present and will trigger the alarm.
✅ Smoking is allowed on the veranda / outdoor areas.


🔑⚡ KEYS + CARD
The keys and card are linked and inseparable.
The card activates the air conditioning: when you return, insert it into the appropriate slot; when you leave, remove it to turn off the air conditioning.


🚫 TOILET – ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED:
It is forbidden to throw paper, wipes, sanitary pads, or other objects into the toilet (risk of blockages and damage).
In the event of blockages/damage caused by misuse, you will be sent the plumber's bill.


💧 WATER CONSUMPTION:
We invite you to use water wisely and avoid waste: in Sicily, it is a precious resource, especially in the summer months.


🩴 CLEAN YOUR FEET WHEN RETURNING FROM THE BEACH:
Please clean your feet thoroughly outside the house as soon as you return from the beach: sand can cause falls on the stairs and inconvenience to other residents.
