The water boiler pressure may occasionally drop and might require a quick manual adjustment. This is a simple process and takes less than one minute.
The building is easily accessible by car. While parking directly in front of the building may not always be possible, guest drop-off is available. A trash container is conveniently located just in front of the building on the right-hand side.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor. There is an elevator, and access to the apartment is fully step-free.
