It features garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet access (wifi), heating via heat pump, air conditioning only in the living room, communal swimming pool and television.



The open-plan ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
