Set in a serene residential area and just a short 400mt walk from the beach, the property features a welcoming bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, and a bright living area equipped with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a furnished balcony. It can accommodate up to five guests and comes complete with TV-sat, a safe, and A/C is available at an extra daily cost (check below). The residence also includes one dedicated parking space for each apartment and offers peaceful communal areas with picnic tables and benches, as well as a small playground for younger guests. Please note, there is no lift in the building.
