Situated in a tranquil residential area and only a short 400mt walk to the beach, the property is composed of a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a full bathroom with a shower box, and a sunny living/dining area equipped with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a furnished balcony. It can accommodate up to five guests and comes with TV-sat, a safe, and A/C is available at an extra daily cost (check below). The residence also includes one dedicated parking space for each apartment and offers peaceful communal areas with picnic tables and benches, as well as a small playground for children. Please note, the building does not have a lift.
