Notice for guests: Please note that the condominium swimming pool will be closed for renovation works until the end of May. Thank you for your understanding.



To use the residence's swimming pool, wearing a swim cap is mandatory.



The municipality of Manerba del Garda requires the payment of a tourist tax (from April to September, €1.60 per person per night for guests over 14 years old; from October to March, €0.80 per person per night for guests over 14 years old). This is NOT included in the booking and is collected directly by us.



The kitchen is fully equipped, but by law, we are not allowed to provide food and beverages.
