Heating is available upon request for an additional charge, making the pool enjoyable throughout the season. Around it, sun loungers invite guests to unwind, whether enjoying the warm Istrian climate, keeping an eye on children playing in the garden, or simply taking time to disconnect. An outdoor jacuzzi further enhances the feeling of complete relaxation.
The villa accommodates up to 12 + 3 guests and features 6 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include five double beds, two single beds that can be combined, three extra beds, and a sofa bed in the living area. A separate guest toilet adds extra convenience.
Inside, the villa combines modern design with subtle local character. The fully equipped kitchen, designed to a high standard, opens onto an elegant dining area, while the spacious living room offers a comfortable setting for evenings spent together. With a total indoor surface of 375 m2, the villa ensures plenty of room for both socializing and quiet moments.
Guests of all ages will find plenty to enjoy. The villa is equipped with table tennis, darts, a PlayStation 4, board games, and dedicated facilities for children, including a small outdoor playground. For outdoor dining, an electric grill and covered summer kitchen provide the perfect space to prepare and enjoy meals while overlooking the peaceful natural surroundings.
The property includes four private parking spaces, two of which are covered.
