TTotti Coast House is a lovely vacation cottage to spend a relaxing stay a stone`s throw from the beautiful beaches and pristine sea of the Melendugno coastline, in Torre Specchia Ruggeri.
The cottage is equipped with every comfort. There are: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, 3 TVs, mosquito nets on windows, parking space, outdoor shower with hot water.

The cottage is located in the town center and is fully fenced. The paved patio is ideal for parking the car inside.
In this front part of the garden there is also a lush green area, as well as a pergola furnished with table and chairs to spend relaxing moments outdoors.
Inside the cottage TTotti Coast House is bright and furnished with attention to detail: there is a sofa, dining room, TV and an open kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker.
From the living room there is access to the back garden, which is also equipped with table and chairs, laundry area with washing machine and wash basin, and an outdoor shower with hot water.
A small air-conditioned hallway cools all the rooms. From here one passes to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with single beds and 1 full shower room with skylight.
Both bedrooms are equipped with TV and windows with mosquito nets.

TTotti Coast House is located in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, marina of Melendugno, along the award-winning Adriatic coast, characterized by beaches with excellent facilities, low and accessible cliffs, small sandy coves and crystal clear sea that open along the coast between high and striking cliffs.
From the house in just 200 meters you can reach the nearest beach.
Other famous destinations in Salento can be reached in a few minutes by car, such as the WWF nature reserve at Cesine, the marinas of San Foca, Torre dell`Orso, the stacks of Sant`Andrea, as well as the beaches and pine forests of Laghi Alimini.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova, 1 - San Foca (at the agency "UnMetroDaMare").
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
