Set directly on the seafront, the apartment overlooks a small private harbour reserved for hotel guests and opens onto the hotel’s exclusive private beach, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas. Mornings begin with the harbour coming to life, afternoons unfold on warm stone and saltwater air, and evenings drift in on the glow of the horizon.

For guests arriving by boat, everything has been carefully considered. Free mooring is available directly in front of the property, with a large parking area for both cars and boat trailers, and a boat crane station approximately 2 km away. Simply inform the hotel of your arrival by boat so a mooring space can be prepared in advance - from there, your holiday flows effortlessly.

The apartment is designed for laid-back coastal living, featuring a bright and comfortable interior with a thoughtfully planned living area that includes a sofa bed, TV, and dining table. A well-equipped kitchen supports easy indoor dining, while two double bedrooms and two modern full bathrooms provide comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Further amenities include a terrace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking. Whether you’re returning from a swim in the sea, a day of sailing, or a sunset walk along the shoreline, the space effortlessly maintains a calm and relaxed flow.

From this front-row setting, spend your days sailing the coastline, swimming in crystalline coves, exploring nearby seaside villages, or lingering over seafood dinners as the harbour lights begin to shimmer.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
