Once a pension de famille for Pont-Aven’s mill workers, the house has been thoughtfully restored to combine character, comfort, and independence.

Bright and beautifully designed, the studio features vaulted ceilings and lovely river views. The open-plan living space is furnished with a curated mix of art, antiques, and upcycled pieces, creating a cosy yet elegant atmosphere. A comfortable 160 cm bed with luxurious white cotton bedding (or two 80 x 200 cm single beds on request) ensures a restful night’s sleep.

The studio includes a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, WC, hairdryer, and fresh towels. A well-equipped kitchenette allows guests to prepare simple meals and includes a two-ring induction hob, fridge, microwave grill, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine. Tea, coffee, and basic breakfast essentials are provided for your arrival.

The property has a private entrance with a shared terrace and is quietly located between the historic viaduct and the riverfront. Step outside and follow the river path into the Bois d’Amour, the enchanting woodland that inspired the Pont-Aven artists, or explore the nearby unspoiled coastline and beaches.
