Located in the town of San Teodoro , in an ideal strategic position to reach some of the most renowned beaches in the area, the Oasi di Luce apartment is the perfect solution for those who want a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The property has private parking and is surrounded by well-kept ornamental plants that provide privacy and a relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and welcomes guests with an entrance to a private terrace , perfect for outdoor breakfasts or for pleasant lunches and dinners enjoying the surrounding landscape.
Inside we find a bright living room furnished with dining table, TV, single sofa bed and an additional cot, connected to a functional and well-equipped kitchen , complete with oven, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove and everything you need for cooking.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe and view of the outdoor terrace, and a second bedroom with two single beds . The apartment is completed by a bathroom with a shower box .
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and washing machine , to ensure maximum comfort even during longer stays.
