Excellent location. Apartment was exactly what we were looking for. If you are planning to explore London and you are just looking for a bed for the night then this is a great option.

Great location. I am glad the check-in process went okay given that we didn’t not hear from Charles again after his initial check-instruction message. We messaged him immediately after arriving and then sent two more follow-up messages and never heard back. We were never able to gain access to the WiFi during our 2 night stay. The unit also did not have coffee OR toilet paper, which is a pretty inconvenient item to be missing. We never received a message from him regarding check-out process or instructions.

The location is the only good thing about this apartment. It's in Trafalgar Square close to some London attractions and 20 minutes from Westminster. Check in was easy with electronic locks. The beds were hard. There was no toilet paper. The lift is broken and it's the 5th floor, with suitcases, this was miserable. The apartment was incredibly hot even with windows open. No fans. Towels were worn. Floor was filthy, my socks were black after walking across it. The apartment is also located across the street from 2 pubs that are open late. With the windows open at night for airflow, there was significant noise. Overall we would not stay here again.

We had a mixed experience with this apartment. At check-in, we were initially given the wrong code for a one-bedroom unit despite booking a two-bedroom. It took about half an hour and contacting the main company to resolve, but we eventually got the correct apartment. Unfortunately, the lift was out of order, and the top-floor apartment wasn’t particularly clean. Although the bed linen was fine, there was a lot of dust around the beds, the toilet seat was broken, and the shower had multiple issues, including a blocked showerhead and a door that didn’t close properly, causing water to flood the bathroom. The apartment was extremely hot, and even with the windows open, it was uncomfortable, despite the cold weather outside. There were only three cups for four people (one of which was cracked) and no glasses, which made it feel poorly equipped for a group. The only real positive was its excellent location.
