Bedrooms & beds:

The villa accommodates up to 36 guests across 18 bedrooms, designed to provide privacy within a large estate setting. Bedrooms are sea-view or garden-facing and finished to a high standard.



All bedrooms: En-suite, A/C, Smart TV, safe, hairdryer, ceiling fan.

Bathrooms:

22 bathrooms in total, the majority en-suite, featuring walk-in showers and premium toiletries. Hairdryers are provided in every bedroom.

Accessibility:

Multi-level layout with stairs throughout. Not suitable for guests requiring step-free access.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire gated estate, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, pools, gym, spa, and private parking. No shared areas.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Kalafatis area, known for its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful beaches. Kalafatis Beach—famous for water sports—is less than 5 minutes by car. The area balances privacy with proximity to new luxury developments, while Mykonos Town and Ornos are a short drive away for dining, shopping, and nightlife.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. Private parking is available on-site. Mykonos Town is approximately a 15-minute drive. Transfers and chauffeur services can be arranged on request



Other Things to Note:

Climate/Environment Tax: A government Climate Resilience Tax applies and is paid directly at the villa: €15/night from April–October and €4/night from November–March.



Pool heating: The heated infinity pool and plunge pool are available on request.



House rules: No parties or events without prior approval. Pets are considered upon request. Quiet hours apply in accordance with local regulations.

A dedicated concierge is available before arrival and throughout your stay to arrange services, experiences, dining, and transportation. Personal check-in is provided, with ongoing support as needed.
