集会所は豪華な雰囲気の美しい家です。 家族や友人の集まりに最適です。 家は湾を見下ろす素晴らしいデッキを提供しています。 リラックスできる屋根付きのパティオと、500フィートの照明付きの専用桟橋があります。 2階は広いフルキッチン、広いダイニングエリア、そして広いリ��ングエリアを含む素晴らしい部屋で構成されています。 後部の水辺の壁は、内側または外側を見渡せる2つの大きなスライド式ガラスドアです。 3つの寝室があり、それぞれに専用の浴室があります。 ハーフバスルームもあります。 地上階には別のベッドルームとバスルームがあります。

Awesome house

We loved the location and the solar lights that lighted the dock. We’ve stayed at a few places in port Mansfield and this was by far the best! Loved the decor, upstairs deck, very comfortable and Jessica was a super host!

Great house!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom made things super easy for us. The well stocked kitchen was great.

Family Easter getaway

Plenty of room for our family of 15. Kitchen was very well stocked.parking on property is limited but they do have a empty lot across the street. Manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our say.

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

Very spacious and well equipped. Good fishing and close to marina for launching boat. Only thing missing are night fishing lights on the pier. If owners install lights the place will be perfect.

Wonderful

Great property, everything was great! We had a wonderful time! Loved the house and the location! We had issues with the pier lights so we didn’t get to fish from your pier, had to go to a public pier. Other than that, it was a wonderful time!! Would definitely rent again!!

Needs updating

We’ve stayed in 6 different rental house in Port Mansfield in the past several years and this one would be at the low end. From the start, they advertise garage space available, not so. Park in front of house, one. You have to park across the road. The house was nice and clean but needs several updates to include the pier—huge safety problem. Showers are pretty ruff. At least a walk way around the house.

Stayed at property Friday Aug 7-Sun Aug 9 with all my family, we were advised that we could not use pier, due to recent hurricane damage, but we could fish from wall. Be careful, there is no wall, the supposed wall is full of debris and very dangerous, the property manager hired some guys on the spot to remove some pieces of boards while we were present. It made the pier even more dangerous, because even though we could not use it, no caution tape or closure signage was present, we had young children present. We had 8 fisherman, which was complete chaos. Hurricane didn't damage pier, this pier was damaged before and hurricane was used as scapegoat, btw all other private piers are completely functional. Our neighbors called the police on us because we were supposedly trespassing, neighbors are relatives to property owners so you are being watched every move you make, be careful. On one occasion, property manager called to warn us that if we stepped on pier she would ask us to leave property, we had to untangle our fishing lines and 1 fisherman stepped on pier to access lines. Also, boards leading to pier need to be removed, they are dangerous, make sure to wear shoes because grass is full of splinters. Refrigerator needs to be replaced, shower curtains are filthy, there is a hole on shower tile, bottom tub is cracked, towel rack on top bedroom is broken, parking on property is for compact cars and the the property in front where you can park has no boundaries, so the front neighbor asked us to relocate because we were blocking her driveway. I wanted to talk to property owner because property manager never sent me a revised contract excluding pier and reduced rate, I think this should be addressed immediately. I'm very disappointed.

Almost the perfect house

This is a beautiful house, spacious, clean, and with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant experience. The only reason why I'm giving it a 4 stars is because the pier is not people friendly, is uneven and dangerous. If it would have a better pier, this house would be the perfect house.
