The property includes two private bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed to ensure a restful night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker, making meal preparation effortless. The bathroom is clean and modern, featuring both a bath and shower combination. This single level home is ideal for families, as it is suitable for children and infants, and includes convenient amenities such as a washer, iron, and dedicated clothing storage.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a spacious living room for relaxation. Please note that check in begins at 3:00 PM and check out is required by 10:00 AM. If you require an early check in or a late check out up to 12:00 PM, these options are available for a fee, subject to availability.

Public transport makes it easy to get around without a car. For those arriving by vehicle, our property includes a private garage, providing secure and convenient parking. We are situated with excellent access to main roads, ensuring quick journeys to the Metrocentre and into Newcastle city centre. Taxis and ride-hailing services are also readily available in the area for your convenience.
Other Things to Note:
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.

To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 hold fully refundable security deposit placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
