Daphne-Chloe Estate enjoys an exceptional location, just three minutes from the crystal-clear sea via a private path through beautifully landscaped gardens. The thoughtfully designed layout ensures privacy while offering uninterrupted sea views from both indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Each villa opens into a spacious living area, a fully equipped separate kitchen with dining space, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace, a guest WC, and a staircase leading to the upper and lower levels. The kitchen provides access to two covered terraces: a breakfast terrace and a dining terrace with BBQ beside the pool, which is also accessible from the living room. The upper floor features three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies, along with an open office area. The lower level includes a utility room with washing facilities and a large room with a shower, as well as a self-contained studio apartment for two guests with independent entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette.
The estate is elegantly furnished and finished to a high standard, featuring marble floors and staircases, spacious hardwood wardrobes, Italian kitchens, and ceramic-tiled bathrooms and terraces.
Outdoor areas are equally impressive, with mature gardens and a generous pool deck ideal for sunbathing. A private internal road leads to the sea and a shared garden where guests may enjoy organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown on the property. One of the estate’s highlights is a covered open-air dining area for twelve, complete with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen including a traditional wood oven, BBQ, stone sink, gas cooker, refrigerator, music system, and full tableware — perfect for relaxed seaside lunches and evening dinners. Additional seating areas include a gazebo and a pergola with a foosball table. Above the sea, sun loungers provide a peaceful retreat between swims in the crystal-clear waters, accessed via gate and steps. Guests may also enjoy two kayaks for coastal exploration and a children’s playground.

Driving from CHANIA AIRPORT to DAPHE & CHLOE Villas (LOUTRAKI, AKROTIRI, CHANIA)
Exit the airport and follow the signs to Chania (turn right at the gates of the airport area, keep straight
For about 500 mtrs, then turn left). Stay on this road for about 1km, until you will see a round-about.
Slow down, and enter the round-about, turn left and follw signs to Sternes and Marathi.
Keep straight, the first village you will meet is Sternes. Once in the village, look carefully for the sign to Marathi (road turns slightly to the right).
Follow this road, after a while starts descending towards the sea.
Follow the road to Marathi, and when you reach a steeply descending road (slow down) stop at the end (T junction) and cross the road, following the signs for Loutraki.
Continue for 1 km and at the end of the tar road, before the beach, turn right up the hill.
You will see the Loutraki taverna (on your left), after the taverna continue straight up the road and at the top before the right bend of the road, you will see a low stone wall with green gates.
This is the main entrance to Daphne and Chloe villas.
