Rocky Villa is a serene private-pool villa set next to the protected nature of the Agios Mamas Lagoon, in a quiet location between Kassandra and Sithonia. The villa accommodates up to 6 adults comfortably. It features two bedrooms with queen-size beds, two modern bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living area. All spaces are air-conditioned and thoughtfully laid out to feel open, functional, and calm—ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary cookware for everyday meals. Large windows bring in natural light and connect the indoors with the garden and pool area, creating an easy, relaxed flow throughout the villa.
Outdoors is where Rocky Villa truly shines. We created Flamingo View while looking for a place where we ourselves could truly relax and unwind. Our goal was simple: to build a place where we would genuinely want to spend our own holidays.
We wanted to be close to the city, but not inside it, and close to a lively town like Nea Moudania, while still surrounded by nature. When we discovered this location, watching the flamingos in the Agios Mamas Lagoon and the open views toward the sea, it felt right immediately.
We enjoy hosting guests who appreciate calm moments by the pool, open views, and a slower rhythm. Seeing guests relax, enjoy the view, and feel at ease in the space is exactly why we do this.

We enjoy being able to look out at the lagoon and sea, then drive a short distance for dinner or a swim at the beach. Guests can easily explore both Kassandra and Sithonia, while returning each day to a calm, open environment rather than a crowded resort.
For us, this mix of nature, views, and accessibility is what makes the location special.
