The Space:

The 3 apartments are set within one of Copenhagen’s classic inner-city buildings, where history is felt in the proportions, details, and calm elegance of the space. Carefully refurbished, the home respects its architectural roots while introducing modern comfort and colourful aesthetics. Large windows, refined finishes, and thoughtful design- curated by local design hero Bungalow5, creates a bright, welcoming setting in the very heart of the city.



A TOUR OF THE SPACE



Step inside the apartment through its private entrance or take the elevator that brings you directly into this bright, cheerful courtyard retreat. Sunlight fills the living space, where a cozy queen-size sofa invites you to sink in and relax, and soft lounge chairs create the perfect nook to curl up with a book or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. A 50” Smart TV with complimentary Netflix adds a touch of modern comfort, while colorful carpets, playful furnishings, and carefully curated artwork by Bungalow5 bring warmth, charm, and personality to every corner.



The open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area with a large table for eight—perfect for leisurely breakfasts, long dinners, or laughter-filled evenings with friends and family. It’s a space designed for connection, comfort, and shared moments (NO STOVE)



Down the hallway, the first two bedrooms each have two single beds, ideal for children, friends, or colleagues. At the end of the hallway, the master suite offers a king-size bed and a grand balcony overlooking the peaceful courtyard—a private sanctuary to enjoy fresh air or a quiet morning coffee. The apartment also has a well-appointed bathroom along the hallway for convenience.

Kongens Nytorv, one of the city’s liveliest squares with great metro connections, cafés, shops, and historic streets, is about a 7‑8 minute stroll from your door. Around you are charming cafés, bakeries, and boutique shops—ideal for leisurely mornings or discovering local favorites just steps from home.



Getting Around:

Marmorkirken Metro station is just a 4 minute walk away and Kongens Nytorvis about a 7‑8 minute stroll from the apartment.
