Dear Anthony, Thank you for your feedback and for staying at our villa. We are delighted to hear that you found the location of our villa to be great and our staff to be amazing. Your positive remarks are much appreciated, and we're thrilled that the villa’s location added to your overall experience. We would like to emphasize that the dog next door as well as any construction works in the area are outside of our direct control and responsibility. We strive to ensure our guests' comfort and acknowledge that such issues can disrupt the good experience. We have already taken actions, to the extent of our control, in order to minimize the effects of the points mentioned We are thrilled that, despite these minor issues, you found everything else to be perfect. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future and providing you with an even better experience. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. Best regards, Northern Estate

Amazing experience

Our stay at villa Tokyo was nothing short of amazing, from the staffs excellent communication to the immaculate condition of the villa, this place had it all and I would choose to stay here every time I come back, our wants and needs were looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and we couldn’t be more appreciative, the hype was lived upto in the villas description and our host Jess made sure our stay was worth every dollar, we had the English breakfast most mornings which was delicious and I can only imagine if we had the time to try everything the menu had to offer it would be the same result, delicious! Thankyou Jess and the team at villa Tokyo, we will definitely be seeing each other again!

Ideal villa for a family of 5

Absolutely beautiful villa in the most perfect location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and even less to the heart of Seminyak. Broto greeted us upon our arrival and continually checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. My daughter had a birthday during our stay at the villa and our housekeeper Kadek surprised her with a beautiful flower arrangement in her room. His efforts and kind gestures did not go unnoticed. Kadek was very attentive and did an amazing job looking after us over our five night stay. I would highly recommend this villa to other families and we will definitely be returning to Villa Tokyo in the near future.

Clean, Modern Villa with Great Staff

Villa Tokyo was a great home for our holiday in Bali. What we loved: beautiful design, very clean, main living areas (bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen) are enclosed and have split A/C units that work to keep things cool. Pool and garden area gets an ideal mix of sun & shade throughout the day. Great staff with regular pool maintenance and daily housekeeping. Internet works well. Location is solid, with beach, coffee shops, and lots of restaurants and bars are a quick walk. Know before you book: 1. Construction is going on next door (as of Nov/Dec 2023) but the work was mostly during days and didn't bother us. 2. Two of the bathrooms are not fully enclosed so they stay a bit hot/humid - but this is not unusual for Bali homes. 3. No ceiling fans in bedrooms (but all rooms have AC).
