The space

Every aspect of our apartment is designed to offer our guests maximum relaxation.

The strong point is the beautiful private terrace on the first floor, directly overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy unforgettable moments, such as breakfast at dawn or an aperitif at sunset.

The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed with a breathtaking view of the sea, giving you a dream awakening. The bright and welcoming living room has a comfortable sofa bed that opens directly onto the terrace.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and complete sanitary ware, together with a practical Welcome Kit with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Various compartments are available to conveniently organize your personal items.

You'll find different sized towels, sheets, blankets, and duvets for maximum comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and everything you need to cook as if you were at home. In addition, we offer bottles of water, a coffee machine with welcome capsules and a kettle.

The apartment is very bright and has a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

For your outdoor relaxation, during the summer we offer a complete station with umbrella, chairs and sun loungers free of charge, perfect for enjoying the sun in total comfort.




Access for guests

We offer free private parking. You can use the sun terrace in front of the apartment to sunbathe, enjoy the sunset or organize a suggestive aperitif. From the terrace you can go down directly to the sea.
Umbrellas and sun loungers are available at the property.
A bodyweight training facility is also available free of charge.




Other things to keep in mind

We highly recommend having a car. Being a quiet and isolated area, it is easily accessible by car, it is more difficult by public transport or on foot.
The apartment is recommended with a basic welcome kit for bathroom and kitchen. There are no periodic refills of coffee capsules or toilet paper during the stay. In any case, it will be possible to ask the staff to buy them at the market price without recharging by the structure.
We remind you that in the immediate vicinity, a 2-minute walk away, there is a mini market where you can get everything you need to fully enjoy your stay .
