Escape to this spacious 5-bedroom home in Camberwell, comfortably sleeping 7. Located on a quiet, private street, it's a peaceful London retreat just a 5-min walk from King's College Hospital & Denmark Hill Station. Enjoy a private garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and the rare convenience of a private parking space. Perfect for families or groups seeking a stylish and well-connected base.
Guests will have full and private access to the entire five-bedroom house, including all rooms and the private garden. Make yourself at home! We provide fresh linen, cozy bed sheets, and toiletries for your convenience.
We offer a self-service check-in to give you flexibility and privacy during your stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have via the app or by phone.
Camberwell is one of South London’s most vibrant and creative neighbourhoods, known for its strong community feel, independent restaurants and artistic heritage. Camberwell Church Street forms the heart of the area, lined with popular eateries and cafés. Dining highlights include The Camberwell Arms for seasonal British cuisine, Silk Road for outstanding Xinjiang dishes and Theo’s Pizzeria for relaxed Italian dining. Traditional pubs such as The Hermits Cave and The Sun of Camberwell add to the welcoming atmosphere. Just two minutes’ walk from the house, directly opposite Ruskin Park on Denmark Hill, The Fox on the Hill is a popular and spacious pub and sports bar, ideal for larger groups and families looking for a lively yet relaxed setting.
The property is also very close to East Dulwich, known for its village-style charm, boutique shops and independent cafés along Lordship Lane. Nearby Herne Hill offers Brockwell Park, Brockwell Lido and a popular weekend market, making this location ideal for guests who enjoy green space and a more local London experience.
Transport connections are excellent. Denmark Hill Station is approximately five minutes’ walk away and provides London Overground services as well as National Rail connections to Victoria and Blackfriars. There are also numerous bus routes nearby offering direct access to central London in approximately twenty minutes. Oval Underground Station on the Northern line is easily reached by bus, providing further direct routes into central London including Bank, London Bridge and Leicester Square.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
