This spacious and light-filled home in Camberwell, approximately five minutes’ walk from King’s College Hospital and just moments from Denmark Hill Station, offers stylish and comfortable accommodation in a peaceful residential setting. Located on a private street close to East Dulwich, the property provides generous living space, a private garden and a calm atmosphere, making it an ideal London base for families or groups seeking a relaxed stay away from the crowds.
The house comfortably accommodates seven guests across five bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are three double beds and two single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or friends. One bathroom features a bath, while the second includes a modern walk-in shower. The property is arranged across the ground, first and second floors, connected by internal steps, giving it the feel of a substantial and private home. There is one private parking space directly in front of the house, a valuable convenience in London.
The living room is bright and welcoming, with large windows that flood the space with natural light and offer leafy views outside. A generous grey corner sofa with matching ottoman creates the perfect setting to unwind, positioned opposite a large flat-screen television for cosy film nights or relaxed evenings in. Warm wooden flooring and a soft textured rug add comfort and character, while clean white walls and contemporary artwork keep the overall aesthetic fresh and modern.
The kitchen and dining area continue the light and practical design with a functional open-plan layout. Natural wood cabinetry pairs beautifully with granite worktops, creating a warm yet contemporary finish. Parties, events, loud music and excessive noise are not permitted at any time. This is a calm family neighbourhood, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful and considerate throughout their stay.

Transport connections are excellent. Denmark Hill Station is approximately five minutes’ walk away and provides London Overground services as well as National Rail connections to Victoria and Blackfriars. There are also numerous bus routes nearby offering direct access to central London in approximately twenty minutes. Oval Underground Station on the Northern line is easily reached by bus, providing further direct routes into central London including Bank, London Bridge and Leicester Square.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
