The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests. Only the courtyard, furnished with tables and chairs and offering a sea view, is a shared space with other guests of the property. Each room features its own private and independent entrance, making it ideal for those who wish to maintain their privacy

Identification Check in Policy: In compliance with Italian law, guests are required to provide valid identification documents (passports or ID cards). This is an essential condition to receive the detailed check in instructions and access credentials. Without the prior submission of documents via Airbnb messaging, access to the apartment will not be permitted. Tourist Tax: The City of Syracuse tourist tax is NOT included in the booking price and must be paid EXCLUSIVELY in cash. The tax is 4% of the gross booking total. Parking: The property does not have private parking; however, free public parking is available on the street (white lines). A paid parking lot is located directly in front of the building. A large paid parking facility, "Parking Molo S. Antonio," is approximately 400 500 meters away. Access: The accommodation uses an electronic key card for door access and power. To open the door, hold the card near the reader and wait a few seconds for the door to unlock automatically. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The exclusive and autonomous access to each room makes it the ideal choice for couples traveling together. Two of the rooms open onto a private courtyard furnished with tables and chairs a perfect spot to relax or enjoy breakfast while the third room has an entrance facing the street. The Neighborhood The district is currently at the center of a major urban redevelopment project. The building overlooks Syracuse s small harbor, known as "Lo Sbarcadero," which has become the city s vibrant new marina. From here, you can rent a boat, join guided tours, enjoy a seaside stroll, or visit the local beach and the sunbathing platforms (solariums) set up during the summer season. The neighborhood is dynamic and well serviced, offering a wide variety of restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, bars, and supermarkets. Its strategic location allows you to reach all major cultural and tourist landmarks on foot. Free street parking and paid parking options are both available in the immediate area.
