The large 5 bedroom 3-storey villa to rent in Fethiye Ovacik area, has a big private garden and pool. The privileged location surrounded by pine trees provides a peaceful family holiday. The villa is tastefully and attentively decorated so that you will find all you might need in a villa.

The entrance of the villa is at the middle floor containing living room, kitchen and a WC. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one of which is double en-suite. There is also a communal bathroom for the two other twin bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one double ensuite bedroom and one triple bedroom. There is also a communal bathroom downstairs.

Free shuttle sevice is provided every evening to Hisaronu centre for dinner.

Fully compliant with new Turkish Rental Laws. Tourism Permit no:48-7865

This was a last moment nite booking for our 4 couples, and was probably one of the best villas we have stayed in this area and we’ve been coming for 25 years, Tolga was on hand whenever we needed anything and was always very quick dealing with any requests, the area where the villa is positioned is nice and quiet but is higher up into the town than we would have liked, however free transfer in the evenings and ample affordable taxis.

Our villas and apartments to rent are located in the two main resort areas in Fethiye; Calis Beach area and Ovacik area.

The villas and apartments to rent in Calis Beach area are located in the complexes either right by the beach or very close to the beach. You can find various types of houses in one complex. All our holiday homes in Calis Beach area are at a very short walking distance both to the beach and to the lively centre of Calis.

The area of Ovacik, also known as Hisaronu area, is mainly the place for nice and private villas. The villas to rent in Ovacik & Hisaronu area have private pools and large private gardens. We have apartments, as well, to rent in that area.
