Dimora Maria - Salento Reservation

Dimora Maria is a small oasis in Salento surrounded by greenery, a place where time slows down and the scent of fruit trees accompanies every moment of the day. Its two bedrooms, Maria 1 and Maria 2, are located in a large well-kept garden, with also attached to the owners' home, among lush plants and shaded corners that invite relaxation, perfect for accommodating up to six people.
Room Maria 1 welcomes guests with a practical kitchenette complete with everything necessary to prepare meals, a comfortable double bed and an elegant en suite bathroom with a shower box. Outside, a small table with chairs allows you to start the day amidst the scents of the garden, while on the right is the common dining area, ideal for convivial moments in the open air.
Maria Room 2 is designed to offer an intimate and relaxing stay, with a welcoming environment. Inside it has a functional equipped kitchenette, a comfortable double bed and a refined private bathroom with shower. Outside, a lovely space furnished with table and chairs allows you to enjoy the pleasant scents of the garden right from the morning, while a little further on is the common dining area, perfect for sharing moments of conviviality outdoors in a relaxed atmosphere.. Available to guests: wifi, TV, air conditioning, private parking, washing machine and mosquito nets for a carefree stay.
Dimora Maria is located in Torre Suda, a fascinating town on the Salento Ionian coast, known for its clear waters, golden sunsets and the authentic atmosphere that only Salento can offer. A perfect starting point for discovering beaches, villages and traditional flavors.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
