Traditional stone house in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Split offers you clash of modern and traditional, a fusion that will guarantee a unforgettable holiday! There are four apartments separated by floors and perfect for group of 12 people but can accommodate up to group of 16. If you need 1,2 or 3 apartments, contact us for further details.

Stone house and inner courtyard were recently upscaled and now offer 4 beautiful holiday homes. Each apartment is perfect for three people as it has a spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the small living-dining area. Apartments can accommodate up to 16 people because sofa beds offer enough space for two.
Kitchen although small has a stove, oven and fridge - more than enough to make beautiful and simple summer meals with local ingredients from our fresh markets just minutes away.

GREAT place for a big group and location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to all the sightseeing in Split, just a few minutes to get to the sea, and about 15 minutes to the closest beach. Each apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. We had enough people to fill up each separate apartment but if you were just renting one of the floors we noticed each floor held its sound in and didn't disturb the others! Would very much recommend.

Our beautiful apartment is situated in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Split, known as Veli Varoš, which features numerous small cobbled streets and old stone houses. It's a peaceful area with no cars or crowds, just as it has been for centuries. Yet, within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach all the attractions: Diocletian’s Palace, Riva promenade, restaurants, clubs, stores, open market, fish market, museums, theaters, galleries, ATMs, banks, and exchange offices. Veli Varoš is located on the outskirts of Marjan forest park, which offers stunning views of the city, beautiful small beaches, and many breathtaking hiking trails. There is no better location for exploring Split.
