A bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC completes this level. The second unit on the ground floor comprises a combined living and sleeping room with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a kitchen corner, a shower and WC, satellite TV on a flat screen, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace.

On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are arranged as follows. The first bedroom contains 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, is equipped with air conditioning, and opens onto a balcony of 10 m2. The second bedroom features 2 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, is equipped with air conditioning, and also provides access to the balcony.
