An open dining room of 22 square metres provides a second convivial gathering area with a dining table, a library, and a radio, also with access to the garden, terrace, and patio. The ground floor further includes a bedroom of 14 square metres with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, and a second bedroom of 15 square metres with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm.
