Maximum occupancy strictly limited to the number of guests confirmed at booking. No additional guests or visitors allowed.
No smoking, no pets, no parties or events.
The apartment is located in a private residential building; strict respect for quiet hours is required, especially in the evening and at night.
Lost keys will result in a full lock replacement at the guest’s expense.
Any damage or loss must be reported immediately and may be charged.
