The villa is situated in a quiet area, close to shops and restaurants.



The property features garden furniture, a terrace, washing machine, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning only in the living room, a private pool, and satellite TV (languages: Spanish, German, and French).



The open-plan induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.
